Refund Policy
Subscription Plans
Because KKScribe provides immediate access to premium AI transcription services and digital features upon subscription, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
Once your subscription has been activated, we do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused time remaining in your billing cycle
- Failure to cancel before the next renewal
- Reduced or infrequent usage
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.
One-Time Credit Purchases
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once any credits have been used.
If no credits have been used and the purchase was made accidentally, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.
Exceptions
We may issue a refund in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Technical issues that permanently prevent you from using the service and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Unauthorized purchases (subject to verification)
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Abuse Prevention
To protect our service from abuse, we reserve the right to refuse refunds where we reasonably believe that:
- Premium features have already been substantially used;
- Large amounts of transcription or AI processing have been consumed;
- Multiple refund requests indicate misuse of our refund policy;
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
Free Plan
We encourage new users to try KKScribe through our Free Plan before purchasing a subscription. The Free Plan allows you to evaluate our transcription quality and core features without any payment.
Chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing an unjustified chargeback after using the service may result in suspension or termination of your account.
