1. Using KKScribe

KKScribe is an AI-powered transcription platform that allows you to convert audio and video into text. Depending on your plan, the Services may include transcription, translation, AI summaries, subtitle generation, transcript editing, speaker recognition, cloud imports, URL transcription, and file exports.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Plans

Some features require a paid subscription or the purchase of one-time transcription credits.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

Subscription fees and one-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once premium services have been activated or credits have been used. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

5. Fair Use

Our Unlimited plan is designed for normal personal use.

To ensure reliable service for all users, you may not use the Services in a way that:

• Overloads or disrupts our systems;
• Uses bots or automation to abuse the platform;
• Attempts to bypass usage restrictions;
• Shares your subscription with multiple users.

If we reasonably determine that an account is being used abusively or fraudulently, we may temporarily limit, suspend, or terminate the account.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the files you upload.

By uploading content to KKScribe, you confirm that you own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to process it.

You grant KKScribe permission to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. AI-Generated Results

KKScribe uses artificial intelligence to generate transcripts, translations, summaries, subtitles, and other outputs.

Although we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated results may contain mistakes or omissions.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others.

KKScribe should not be used as the sole source of information for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates any law;
• Upload files that infringe another person's intellectual property rights;
• Upload malware or harmful software;
• Attempt to interfere with or damage the Services;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy our software;
• Circumvent subscription or security measures;
• Use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party providers, including AI model providers, payment processors, cloud storage services, and supported online platforms.

We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

Except for your uploaded content, all rights in the Services, including our software, website, trademarks, branding, and technology, belong to KKScribe or our licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of our Services.

11. Service Availability

We work hard to keep KKScribe available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, hardware failures, internet outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KKScribe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to KKScribe during the twelve (12) months immediately before the claim arose.

13. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• the Services will always be available;
• AI-generated results will be completely accurate;
• the Services will meet every user's requirements;
• the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

14. Changes to the Services

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

We may also change our subscription plans, pricing, or features. Changes to pricing will not affect your current billing period.

15. Termination

You may stop using KKScribe at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the Services, or create security or legal risks.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
